Kathryn Ann Gahm was born on January 31, 1937 and enteredheaven on May 30, 2012.The great joy of her life was to be the wife and soul mate of JoeGahm, married on June 3, 1956.They had only 43 years togetherwhen Joe preceded her in death onSeptember 24, 1998. Many of theScriptures underlined in her Biblefocus on trust and maintaining faith in the face of unexplained circumstances.Kathryn pursued opportunitiesto serve others taking numerousmission trips abroad includingVietnam (twice), Russia, and Indiato work in medical clinics assisting doctors and dentists who provided free care to the local people. And alwaysshe was prepared to share a testimony about Jesus, her Lord. For many years Kathryn was an active supporter of the Downtown Pregnancy Center, a ministry supported by First Baptist Church of Dallas.She is survived by sons; Russell, and his wife Teresa, Brad, and his wife Sarah; two grandsonsfrom whom she derived unendingjoy - Trent and Matthew. Additionally, she is survived by a brother, David Thomas and his wife, Margie, and a niece, Lisa Thomas and her sons, Orion and Hearth.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Downtown Pregnancy Center, 525 N.
