He was born in England on July 5, 1941 to Arthur Gilpin and Valentina Benjamin Gilpin.Familywill be receiving visitors onFriday, November 18, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in the Brooks Family Chapel of the North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234.Funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Spring Valley United Methodist Church at 7700 Spring Valley Road, Dallas, Texas 75254, then there will be a procession to Hilltop Memorial Park, 1810 N.
