Greg Sparkman passed away peacefully in Hospice at the age of 62. He is survived by his son, Jordan Sparkman, brother, Kelly Sparkman, and sister, Susan Sparkman. Greg was born in San Antonio, TX and grew up in Garland, TX. He was an achieved basketball player for the South Garland school district and went on to play at Cisco Junior College. After basketball, Greg moved on to play slow pitch softball for a sponsored travel team and spent most of his time on the ballfield or the golf course. He was someone that led the way and enjoyed life the way he wanted to. He was a loving and devoted father, family man and friend. He was loved by so many around him and touched the lives of many more. He leaves many memories behind but he always believed that there was a better world on the other side waiting to be explored and that one day he would see us again.
