Born September 26, 1926 to Carrie and John Hail in Chillicothe, Texas. Passed away August 17, 2008 at his home in Carrollton, Texas thirty-seven days before celebrating his 82nd birthday. He served 3 years in the US Navy aboard the battleship USS Indiana in the Pacific Theater. His career centered on the automobile industry working for such companies as The Hudson Motor Company, Packard Motors, American Motors, Nissan Motor Corporation and his own company, World Car Service.Preceded in death by his parents, four sisters, two brothers and one son, Randy Bill, he is survived by his wife of 61 years and 295 days, Caroline - the love of his life.
