Nova Louise Harris was born in Houston on February 3, 1932, and moved to Dallas in 1954 after college. She was a life-time teacher with the DISD and CFBISD. After retirement, she filled her time volunteering at the Good Shepherd Episcopal Church and RHD and playing bridge with her "LOLs".She is survived by her uncle, Frank Calhoun of Austin, TX; cousin, Jacki Beth Gilbert of Pennsylvania; daughter, Melinda Harris of Peru; son, Tal Harris and daughter-in-law, Victoria, of Piedmont, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Michael, Jacob, Michael and wife, Christina, and Nathan; and great-grandchildren, Sidney, Austin and Madelyn.There will be a viewing at North Dallas Funeral Home on December 4th and 5th, from 6 to 8 p.m.Please send family condolences and sign the guestbook on this website.
