Scott Lee Helsley of Carrollton, Texas passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at the age of 69.Scott Lee Helsley was born December 24, 1946 in Dallas, TX to Edwin and Jo Lynn Helsley. He went to Tyler Junior College. From there he entered into the Military as an Active Duty Marine Reserve on October 13, 1967 where he was an Aircraft Mechanic. He received his Honorable Discharge of Duty and began his life long career working in his Father & Mother's family business with AMSCO Mailing Systems, with his three brothers.Scott is survived by his wife, Nan Helsley of Carrollton, TX; his son Colin Scott Helsley, wife Heidi; daughter Kimberly Joy Helsley Wahlne, husband Mike; brother Tom Helsley; sister-in-law Norma Helsley; grandchildren Rebecca |& Joseph Ibarra and Caitlyn Ausborn; and many nephews. He is preceded in death by his Mother Jo Lynn, his brothers Rusty and Jimmy and his father Edwin Helsley.Scott was a loving Husband, Father, Uncle, Grandfather and Friend. He loved The passed away and is at peace in heaven with his Mother, Father and Brothers.
