Romeo Fabian Hernandez, our beloved 19 year old son, brother, friend, uncle, cousin, grandson, nephew, animal lover and percussionist has gone home to rest in the hands of our Lord. On September 27th, 2016 at 1:05 p.m., Romeos long battle with Ewing Sarcoma (bone cancer) came to an end. After being diagnosed at the young age of 15 years old, Romeo showed his tremendous amount of strength and courage as he fought not just for his life, but for all his loved ones and supporters and for the children who may be diagnosed with the same cancer in the future. One could not meet a more loving, caring and selfless child than our Romeo. Romeo is survived by Mother, Susanna Mendoza, Father, Rick Costellucci, sisters and brothers Jon-Erik Hernandez, Erica Hernandez, Valerie Contreras, Marc Hernandez, Christina Hernandez and Ricky Hernandez Jr., Grandma Julia Negrete, many relatives and friends, TEAM ROMEO and loving supporters. His infectious smile lit up the room and his beautiful soul lifted spirits and gave hope to all those he encountered.
