Melvin John Hobratsch, 76,died Dec. 22, 2012. Services will be held at 11a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church. Mel was born March 29, 1936 in Vernon. A loving husband, father, and grandfather. He worked in real estate and was a substitute teacher, where his students called him Mr. Awesome. He is survived by his wife Mary; two sons Jonathan and Ben; two daughters, Jana and Erika, and two grandchildren; Nathan and Chloe.Services will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2012 at 11:00 am at Our Reedemer Lutheran Church, 7611 Park Lane, Dallas, Texas 75225 with Pastor McGuire officiating.Please send the family condolences and sign the guestbook on this site.
