C. J. "Bud" Hodge died October 3, 2009. He was born February 4, 1926 in Port Huron, Michigan. He is survived by his wife of sixty-two years, Dorothy N. Hodge. His children, Marty Carl and husband, Rich, of Shelby Township, Michigan; Mike Hodge and wife, Janet, of Carrollton; Barbara Cox and husband, Charlie, of Belton; nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one brother, Gerald Hodge of California. He retired from Chrysler Corporation after forty-three years of service. Visitation will be held at North Dallas Funeral Home in Farmers Branch on Wednesday, October 7th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary at 5:00. The funeral service will be at Mary Immaculate Catholic Church in Farmers Branch at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 8th with Father Bruce Bradley officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Association.
