Obituary of John Stephen Arbaugh John Stephen Arbaugh, 71 of Frisco, Texas (formerly Carmi) passed away on June 26, 2023.
John was born the son of US Marine Captain William S. Nitz of Madison, Wisconsin and Eve Nitz at Great Lakes Naval Baseon 2/16/1952.
After the untimely passing of his father, John grew up on the farm and town area of Carmi, Illinios. John was raised by his late step father Bob Arbaugh, mother Eve Arbaugh and Grandparents Chelsea & Exie B. Arbaugh. John graduated from Carmi High School in 1970.
John raised three happy and healthy children in Newburgh, Indiana during the 1970s through mid 1990s.
John worked in the lighting and electronic manufacturing industry for 50 years. John extensively traveled often in the U.S. & overseas as a sales manger for several different lighting component compaines.
John enjoyed cars, travel, taverns, dove hunting, work and projects.
John is survived by his wife Pam Arbaugh of Frisco, Texas.

Three children, Bill (Sara) Arbaugh of Newburgh, IN., Penny (Danny) Goodman of Gulf Breeze, Florida, and Danny Arbaugh of Newburgh. Three grandchildren,Selah Goodman of Evansville, Isaiah Goodman of Gulf Breeze andAsaArbaugh of Newburgh. Three sisters, Pam Parks of Murray KY, Kandis (Paul) Motheral of Murray and Cindy (Barry) Cain of Murray. Two Brother-n-laws that were considered brothers to John, Jim Parks and Larry Pierson. Ex-wife Stella Wolf, extended family and numerous friends all throughout the country.
After a battle with cancer John said, Goodbye and enjoy the ride, I sure did.
A Celebration of Life is being heldon Saturday July 22nd 2023 (2P.M.) in Carmi, Illinios at the American Legion for friends and family.
