David Allen Jolly, 46, of Fort Worth, Texas, died January 13, 2012, at his home. He was born September 27, 1965, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Robert Irvin and Helen Josephine Momany Jolly. He worked as an industrial machinist. David is survived by his brother, Patrick Jolly and wife, Marcy, of Arlington, Texas; and extended family and friends.A Memorial Service is planned for Saturday, January 28, 2012.Please send family condolences and sign the guest book on this website.
