Joshua Nathaniel Roy Ouer left a giant hole in our lives & hearts when he passed away on Monday July 15th, 2024 at the age of 47.

He was born to Sharon & Richard Ouer during an ice storm on January 5th 1977 at Medical City in Dallas, Texas. On that day, Richard notes that God, Himself, gave Joshua his name.

He grew up in Carrollton, Texas with his 3 sisters Christina, Natasha & Rebekka.

He loved and had a talent for abstract art. Josh was charismatic, funny and gregarious. He charmed everyone he came into contact with.

In his free time, Josh loved watching soccer, playing music, & attending concerts. He would often play video games with his beloved son, Deagan, and wrestle with his sweet dog, Bugsy. He was also an avid church goer & born again Christian.

Josh had the biggest heart and always made everyone feel special and loved. He was the life of the party, always making everyone around him laugh and smile. He lived his life to the fullest. He enjoyed playing with kids as he was a big kid at heart. We will always remember his infectious laugh and loving smile.

He is survived by his wife, Kimberly, their 8 year old son, Deagan, his 3 sisters, his half-brother, Scott, his 5 nieces & nephews & both parents.

He will be dearly missed
