Nina (Elkin) Kats of Dallas, Texas passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at the age of 89.Graveside services will be on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Sparkman Hillcrest Memorial Park, 7405 W. Northwest Highway, Dallas, Texas 75225.Services are under the direction of Charles E. McCoy, Funeral Director and David Prager, Jewish Funeral Care Specialist.Please leave the family condolences and share memories on this website.
