Penny Susan Kellogg was born on November 29, 1959 in Canada and grew up in San Antonio, Texas. She was called home on June 11, 2013.Penny will always be with us in mind and heart until our last days. What she loved was to always try to make it better for the next person before her own happiness. Just to know she did something for someone in need or just to bring a smile to someone's face was her joy. She was always the light to a lot of our dark situations. She loved to be with family, loved her dogs and wanted to stay young forever.Penny is survived by her sons, Anthony and Eric Villarreal; Grandmother, Berta Uribe; Mother, Sylvia Breight; grandchildren, Anthony, Rene, Baby Tony, Katie; sisters, nephews, nieces and cousins; all who will miss her greatly.
