Helen Rosie (Tullis) Locklear of Farmers Branch, Texas passed away on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at the age of 77.Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Brooks Family Chapel of the North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234.Graveside services will be at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Forest Lawn Cemetery,10977 Harry Hines Blvd, Dallas, Texas 75220.Please leave the family condolences and share memories on this website.
