62 of Dallas, passed away SaturdayJuly 9, 2011. Upon graduating fromhigh school in Muleshoe, Texas, Pat moved on to the University ofTexas at Austin for undergraduatestudies, eventually receiving hisTexas nursing license fromBrackenridge Hospital School ofNursing in 1976. After relocating to Dallas, in 1982 Pat earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing from UTA. He worked extensively in the nursing industry including, up to the time of his death, a 28 year tenure with Parkland MemorialHospital as an RN. Preceded indeath by his parents, Pat is survived by partner of 22 years, Ron Fuller; sister Kay Kimbrough of San Antonio; brother Wayne Malone of Abilene; family members of choice, Dennis Gerth and Rob Ward of Dallas, Ann and Jay Campbell of Waco and dozens of lifelong friends. Pat was and international traveler who loved among many things, vintage movies, live theater and ofcourse, the Longhorns. He leaves alasting legacy of kindness, devoted friendship, charity and humor for his vast number of friends and coworkers to cherish; his presence will be sorely missed.
