Marisa Charlene Laserna , age 47, of Dallas, Texas, passed away on May 31, 2024. She was born on April 19, 1977, in Houston, Texas.

Marisa spent her childhood in the Houston area before moving to Evans, Georgia where she attended high school. Later, she relocated to Dallas, Texas to be with her family and attended El Centro College where she completed her associate's degree in the Paralegal program.

Marisa was an outgoing person who loved and endlessly spoiled her four-legged children. Her family and friends were also a primary focus for her, and she enjoyed being with others.

Marisa is survived by her stepmother Gail S. Laserna, brother Brian P. Laserna (Natalie), and her niece and nephews Brendan P. Laserna, Elizabeth L. Schoenfeld, Ethan M. Schoenfeld, and Elijah W. Laserna.

She was preceded in death by her father Carlos A. Laserna, Mother Maria L. Laserna, and daughter Mia Moore-Laserna.
