Raised in Courtland, AL, born August 22, 1941, to Kathryn (Falls) and Frank Coburn, Jane passed away on July 5 at the age of 77.She earned a BA in Anthropology from Rhodes College and a Masters degree in Psychology and Counseling from Texas Womens University. For 37 years she was in private practice at Medical City Dallas. In addition to her work with thousands of patients over the years, she was particularly proud of her work with veterans with PTSD and musicians with performance anxiety.Left with many happy memories are her husband of 42 years, Jerry, and children Jay (Sally) McManus, Joel (James) Queen, Marty McManus, Kathryn Tate Ringer (Steve), and Edward Clarke (Marcy), ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 12, at 11 a.m. at Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church, with a reception to follow.
