Obituary of Mercedes Meche Alonso Mercedes Meche Alonso, 65, was called by Our Heavenly Father to her eternal resting place on September 23, 2023. She is survived by her beloved husband Jose Alonso and her five loving children. Her legacy continues with ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Everyone that was fortunate enough to know her remembers her loving smile and contagious laugh. Meche was very compassionate, always ready to lend a helping hand. Her life has been shaped by selfless commitment to others. She is truly loved and will be greatly missed. A visitation service will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The funeral service will be, Friday, September, 29, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM. Both services will be at North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Dallas, TX 75234.
