Albert L. Morgan, Jr., beloved husband of Martha N. Morgan, passed away February 4, 2012, at the age of 84. In addition to his wife he leaves behind three daughters and one son.Albert was born, raised and attended school in Troutville, VA, in his beloved Shendendoah Valley, where he and his siblings helped with the family canning business. At 17 years of age he enlisted in the United States Navy Air Corp. During his lengthy service he was involved in varied missions as navigator and radioman of planes, blimps, and hurricane spotters, and taught electronics later in his career. Upon his discharge from the military in 1966, Albert entered into his second career in the computer industry after being recruited by Honeywell. And, after extensive traveling via these two careers, both at home and abroad, he retired. Albert and Martha eventually made their way to the North Texas area, where on Saturday, February 4, 2012, he passed away. He will rest in eternal peace in the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas, Texas.
