Deryl Wayne Mowery of Grand Prairie, Texas, died May 2, 2012, in Bonham, Texas. He was 71 years old.Deryl was born August 18, 1940, in Burkburnett, Texas, to Eugene Houston and Winnie Beatrice High Mowery. He married Linda Carole Gunter in Everman, Texas, in 1967. Deryl graduated with a B.S. from Midwestern University, a M.S. from Texas A&M-Commerce, and a M.B.A. from the University of Dallas. He served in the U.S. Army and Texas National Guard, and worked at Bell Helicopter as an engineer from 1974 to 2005.Deryl is survived by his wife, Linda Gunter Mowery of Grand Prairie; and daughter, Adrienne Mowery, and son-in-law, Freddy Poirier, both of Nantes, France.Graveside inurnment: 11 a.m. on June 15, 2012, at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.Please send family condolences and sign the guest book on this website.
