William Aubrey Neely was born in Canton, Texas to Samuel and Ivy Jane Neely on October 14, 1925. He passed away Friday, August 24, 2012 in Dallas, Texas. Aubrey honorably served our country in the U.S. Army as a Paratrooper during World War II. He will be inurned with honors at Dallas/Ft. Worth National Cemetery. The date and time will be announced later. He is survived by his loving wife Syble Neely and children Diann Dotson of Ft. Worth, Texas; Phyllis Scarborough of Newark, Texas; Michael Neely of Ft. Worth, Texas; Melinda Neely of Tipton, Oklahoma/Ft. Worth, Texas; Donna Hoffpauir of Tipton, Oklahoma and Robert Cross of Garland, Texas; and 7 grandchildren.A graveside service with honors will be held on Monday, September 10, 2012 at 1:30 pm at the DFW National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75211.
