Imogene Head Ness died May 27, 2017 at the age of 95. She was born on December 17, 1921 in Fort Worth, Texas to John A. (Jack) and Ima Mitchell Head. She was a devoted wife, mother and Nanna. She married the love of her life, Norman O. Ness Sr., on May 19, 1944 and they were married for 61 years until his death. Together they had one son, Norman Oliver Ness Jr. (Omeda). She was Nanna to Norman Oliver Ness III (Karla), and Meredith Leah Ness Appelt (Robert), and their children Analise Elaine Ness, Norman Oliver Ness IV, Wyatt Christian Appelt, and Morgan Amelia Appelt. She is predeceased by her parents, beloved husband, brothers, John Head and Pete Mitchell, and daughter in law, Mary Gene Ness (mother of Norman III and Meredith).A visitation will be on Friday, June 2, 2017 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm in the Parlor of North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234.Imogene will be laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery in Rockford, Washington under the direction ofHeritage Funeral Home in Spokane, Washington.Please leave the family condolences and share memories on this website.
