Billy "Bill" Joe Newland of Lone Oak, Texas passed away on Thursday, April 26 at Clyde W. Cosper Texas Home for Veterans at the age of 86.Hewas born September 24, 1931 in Kaufman, Texas. He joined the Army Air Corps August of 1947, serving overseas during the Korean War. After an honorable discharge Billy lived in California, moving back to Texas in his golden years.Billy is survived by his four children; Judy Gallagher and her husband, Patrick, Richard Newland and his wife, Debbie, Debra Jones and her husband, Don and Donna Tolero and her husband; his sister, Bonnie Long; 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildrenServices are pending.Please leave the family condolences and share memories on this website.
