Miguel R. Olivarez, age 48, died peacefully on Saturday, February 15, 2020, after a prolonged battle with illnesses associated with diabetes. Myk was surrounded by loving family, including his beloved daughter, Julia Faith Olivarez; parents, Cayetano and Micaela Olivarez; sister, Leticia Olivarez; and numerous friends and associates of Frontier Communications, and his former spouse, Adrienne.Myk settled in Carrollton after graduating from Aiea High School (suburb of Honolulu, Hawaii), and continued his studies through Dallas Baptist University, Dallas Texas. He joined Verizon, in the Operations Call Center, and continued in that field, through an association with Frontier Communications, as a Fiber Network Technician.A memorial service will be conducted on Friday, February 21, at 6:00 pm in the Brooks Family Chapel of the North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Dallas Texas, 75234.The family requests that in lieu of flowers or gifts of sympathy, that donations be made on behalf of Miguel R.
