Osvaldo "Ozzie" Flores Hernandez passed away on March 30, 2024, at the age of 84, in his home of Carrollton, Texas. His battle with Parkinson's for the last 12 years showed his courage in facing life challenges with a smile. Despite his pain, Ozzie came out a hero and stayed strong until the end.

Ozzie's lifetime goal was to be a good, kind person and the best dad in the world! He also wanted to share his love for music and song.

Ozzie met the love of his life, Rosa, in San Jose Municipio De Guerrero, Coahuila, Mexico. It was love at first sight. Together, they supported each other with their efforts to building a better life during their 64 years of marriage. Rosa was his primary caregiver during his medical journey and was there with him when he took his last breath. Their love shined through. Together, they had five children, Olga, Elias, Lety, Junior and Mari. They were also blessed with 18 grandchildren.

Ozzie will be honored in celebration of life on April 5, 2024. Visiting hours are from 12 – 2 pm.
