He was born to Herbert Cleo and Opal Lee Oswalt on August 14, 1937 in Mexia, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents and his three sisters: Helen Yarbrough, Doris Durham, and Janet Williamson.Herbert is survived by his wife of 59 years, Barbara, Son- Michael Oswalt, Daughter- Michelle Puga, Granddaughter- Amanda Oswalt, Grandson-Jared Oswalt and great grandchildren- Cash and Greer Oswalt.
