Owen Jr., Russell E. Passed away March 22, 2010. Mr. Owen was an educator and administrator with DISD for 43 years. He is survived by his sister Doris Weiner, nephew Scott Kephart and niece Tracy Dicks. Memorial service is 12:00 noon Tuesday, March 30 at Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church.
