Jimmy Lee Palmer passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2020 at the age of 88 at his residence in Farmers Branch, Texas.Jim, was born in Denison, Texas on November 11, 1931. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard and Reserves for 42 years and he worked for DP&L/TXU for 32 years. He also prepared income taxes for H&R Block in Farmers Branch for 27 years.He is survived by his loving wife, Artie C.
