Patricia Ann Hernandez Curiel was born in Dallas, Texas on July 13, 1955. On August 22, 2026, she peacefully went to be with her Lord Jesus Christ, surrounded by the love of her children, grandchildren and family.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Edward Barajas Hernandez and Margarita Aguirre Hernandez; by her brother Leon A. Hernandez, his wife Juanita Cantu Hernandez; by her sister Evelyn Margaret Golden.

Patricia is survived by her loving children: daughter, Kelvia Dudley and husband, Robert; son, Phillip Curiel and wife, Jennifer; her beloved grandchildren, Carmen Dudley, Cassandra Dudley, and Lucia Curiel. She is survived by her brother, Mario Aguirre Hernandez, wife Patricia; by brother, Hector Hernandez, wife Jeanette; and by her brother-in-law, Danny Golden. Also, Patricia is survived by many affectionate nieces and nephews.

Patricia was a devoted mother, loving grandmother, and cherished member of her family. Her greatest joy was the love she shared with those closest to her, especially her granddaughters. The special bond she shared with them reflected the warmth, tenderness, and love that filled her heart.

Throughout her life, Patricia touched the lives of those around her. She worked at Tecon Corporation for 34 years where she made lasting friendships. She found great joy in gardening, cooking, collecting recipes, and watching classic cinema. She loved the State Fair of Texas, the Texas Ranger’s but tolerated the Dallas Cowboys. Most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren and family.

Though our hearts are heavy with sorrow, we are grateful for the years, memories, laughter, and love Patricia shared with us. We find comfort knowing she was surrounded by her children, grandchildren and family in her final moments and that she has now gone home to be with the Lord Jesus Christ.
