Obituary of Patricia Hanssens On Wednesday December 7th 2022 the world lost an amazing woman. Patricia Hanssens passed peacefully. Pat was born September 9th, 1950 Born Willard and Alice Reynolds in Elkton, Maryland. She is survived by her husband, Russ Hanssens; siblings, Jane McWilliams and Barb Sauer; daughter, Heather Harris; and granddaughter, Meghan Harris. Pat maintained lifelong friendships with the people she met in the amazing places she worked and lived. In her final year, she saw her granddaughter graduate college and celebrated her 50th wedding anniversary. She worked tirelessly to ensure the happiness of others, loved sports, game shows, and friendly competition. She loved capturing moments on film and humming along to any song. She loved any opportunity to celebrate and always had a positive outlook. She made the best bloody marys even if she never drank them. In lieu of giving flowers, the family asks that those who wish, will make a donation in her name to one of the following foundations: American Diabetes Association Make-A-Wish Leukemia and Lymphoma Society
