Obituary of Pauline Emma Weber Pauline Polly Weber grew up in Chicago with a father who was a union roofer and a mother who worked in retail and could speak Polish or Russian with customers. After high school, she started a career at Montgomery Ward as a secretary. She married John Weber and together they raised three children: Louise, John, and Gretchen. As empty-nesters, they left West Hartford CT and moved to Melbourne FL. In 2014, Polly moved to Dallas. In her free time, she loved to read, bake, sew, quilt, and take art classes. She had a long and well-lived life. She is survived by her children Louise Weber (husband Larry Parsons) of Dallas, John Weber of New Mexico, and Gretchen Knight (husband Sonny) of Virginia. In addition, she has a granddaughter Padma Knight (husband P J Barbour) of Virginia. Polly thrived in her last years due to the loving caregivers at Monticello West, who have found their calling in taking care of the elderly and infirm. We are so thankful for them.
