Jack Bascom Perkins, 80, of Denton, Texas, died February 22, 2012, at the VA Hospital in Dallas. He was born March 7, 1931, in Carlsbad, New Mexico, to Jack Turner and Gladys Lucille Choate Perkins. Jack was a U.S. Coast Guard veteran and he worked as a security guard in the transporation industry.Jack is survived by his daughter, Molly Webster; and extended family and friends.Please send family condolences and sign the guest book on this website.
