Obituary

M. June Malone Perrin, R.N.,passed away peacefully the morningof April 2, 2013, surrounded by her loving family.June was born March 28, 1930 in Ryan, Oklahoma. She was the eighth child of eleven born to Wilson Lissup Malone and Maudie Mae Wright Malone. June received her nursing degree from the University of Oklahoma where she met her husband of nearly 59 years, Dr. Joe L. Perrin. After years of living in many differ-ent states, June settled and madeDallas her home in 1970. After heryoungest child started grade school, June returned to nursing full time and worked at Medical City - when it first opened - and retired after twelve years at Granville C. Morton Cancer Research Hospital as ChargeNurse. Education was very impor-tant to June, while raising her four children and working full time, she obtained her Bachelors Degree from East Texas State University in Health Care Administration. Until her illness, June was actively in-volved at Royal Haven Baptist andwith the Dallas Metroplex DollClub. June was an accomplished artist and "do-it-your-selfer". June is survived by her loving husband, Joe, her adoring children, Mona Trout (Ron), Rhonda Osburn (Jeff), Richard Perrin (Jerilyn) and BeverlyPerrin (Samantha) and threegranddaughters, Lauren Mykytyn,Caitlyn and Chloe Perrin; sisters,Thalia, Cherry, Mary Sue and manynieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday, April 7, 2013 from 5:00 to 7:00pm in the Brooks Family Chapel of the North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234.Funeral Service will be held Monday, April 8, 2013 at 11:00am, in the Brooks Family Chapel at the North Dallas Funeral Home. Interment will be Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 11:00 am, at DFW National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75211.The family would like to thank the many friends and loved ones who have helped them throughout June
