James R. Petty died Monday, January 13, 2014. He was born in Clarksville, TX, on August 29, 1931.He was minister of the Altamesa Church of Christ from 1975 to 1985, where his memorial will be held.He is survived by two loving children: James R. Petty, II, who resides in Fort Worth; and his daughter Eve Petty McCain, who resides in Andover, MN; and his brother, Jerry Petty and family who reside in Irving, TX. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren: Hailey McCain, Lucas McCain, Chloe McCain and Emmalee Petty.A memorial service will be held at 2 PM, January 25th, at the Altamesa Church of Christ, 4600 Altamesa Boulevlard, Fort Worth, Texas. Cary Branscum will conduct the service on behalf of the family.Please send the family condolences.
