Jimmy Joe Plunk of Little Elm, Texas passed away at his residenceon Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at the age of 84. He had been fighting lung cancer.He was born on August 3, 1932 in Silver Lake, Texas to his parents, Alvin and Annie Lou (Webb)Plunk. He served 4 years in the United States Navy. He was on the USS Token, a minesweep ship, in the Korean War. He married Juanita Breshears on January 13, 1952 in Hereford, Texas. Jimmy enjoyed working in his yard.He is survived by his wife, Juanita Plunk of Little Elm, Texas; daughter, Tammy Stewart and husband, Jackie Stewart of Waxahachie, Texas, many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and lots of friends.
