On Monday, June 22, 2020, Gladys M. Pointer, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, passed away at the age of 99. Gladys was born on February 8, 1921 in Fort Worth, Texas.She was preceded in death by her father, Lorenzo D. Stephens, mother, Cora M. Biglow, husband, Rex A. Pointer, brother, Don Stephens, sister, Mary Louise Getz and daughter, Gwen G. Pointer.Gladys married the love of her life, Rex A. Pointer, in 1945 and was a dedicated military wife. She raised two wonderful children, Gwen G. and Dow W. Pointer. Gladys had a love of books, genealogy, and photography. Her greatest love were her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was known by all for her grace, politeness, and generosity.She is survived by her son, Dow W. Pointer, daughter in law, Dorothy N. Pointer, grandson, Keif Henley, granddaughter, Kara J. Wood and husband Monty, granddaughter, Dyani N. Merkley and husband Matthew, great grandchildren, Mason R. Wood, Keilee N. Merkley and Crosby T.
