Born on February 15, 1959 in Saigon, Vietnam. Qui Phan passed away on May 9, 2025 at the age of 66. He was a devoted husband, loving father, and supportive grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with his loved ones, listening to music, and traveling. He was a tender yet eccentric person who was nicknamed "crazy" as an acclaim to his personality. He was a man that always knew what you were going to say before you actually said it.

He is survived by his wife, Kim Nguyen, his children, Quyen Phan, Giau Nguyen, Huy Phan, Patricia Tungcmittrong, and his grandson, Jonathan Phan.

Visitation hours will be held at North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234 on May 16th, 2025 from 4pm to 8pm.

A mass service will occur at St. Joseph Vietnamese Catholic Church, 1902 S. Belt Line Rd, Grand Prairie, Texas 75051 on May 17th, 2025 at 10:30am.
