Billie Lynn Randall of Wylie, Texas passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at the age of 86.Billie loved life knowing the joy of God's grace. While excelling in insurance, she won trips through the world and enjoyed playing golf. At 40 Billie suffered a heart attack. Yet she never complained about surgical procedures and her faith was steadfast in her doctors and surgeons. Her love and empathy for cats captured her being. As her Heavenly Father beckoned, a tear left her eye as she said goodbye to JoAnna, her life partner of 14 years.Please leave the family condolences and share memories on this website.
