Samantha Marie Rangel, born and raised in Carrollton, Texas, age 13 won her 8 year battle against childhood cancer on Sunday October 2nd, 2016. Samantha was born December 30th 2002. In her short time on this earth she has inspired and touched the hearts of thousands with her faith, courage and bravery. She was truly an earth Angel and loved by many.She is preceded in death by her older brother, Ricardo Angel Rangel; grandmother, Maria Guadalupe Rangel Perez; grandfather, Juan Rangel Moctezuma; and grandmother, Carol Ann Fantini.Samantha is survived by her parents, Misty and Juan Rangel; brother, Juan; and sisters, Elizabeth and Marisa; grandfather, Mike Fantini; Godparents, Juan and Socorro; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 5th from 4:00 to 8:30 pm in the Brooks Family Chapel of the North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane , Farmers Branch, Texas 75234.
