On Saturday, September 4th, 2021, Denise Rees (61) was welcomed into Heaven, joining her Husband Steve, Mother Joanne, and her Brother-in-Laws, Brian and Doug. She loved her passed away and Savior with her whole heart and served him faithfully. She cherished all the time spent with her family and friends who she loved so dearly. Denise was a wonderful cook who loved to entertain her loved ones. She was an avid thrifter, collector, and decorator who always had a story or memory to share with every piece she had on display in her home. She had a gift of making any house she lived in truly feel like home.She is survived by her son, David and Allie Rees; her step-children, Tammy and Ryan Gallant, Kathleen and Ryan Swain, and Curtis and Grace Rees; her father, Charles David Jones; her siblings, Cynthia and Mitchell Smith, Robin Dimos, Nancy and Jim Wagers, Billie Joanne Jones and Jennifer and Matthew Johnson; and 5 grandchildren.There will be a private memorial service on Saturday, Oct 9th at Living Hope Community Fellowship Church in Isle of Wight, VA.On Friday, October 22nd, there will be a memorial service at Gateway City Church, in San Jose CA at 2pm.
