James Wilby Rice passed away May 5, 2013 at age 79. He was born in Siloam Srings, Arkansas on August 13, 1933. He attended Siloam Springs High School and John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.Most of his career was spent as an advertising executive for many different newspapers. He was a Master Mason and belonged to both the Scottish Rite and the York Rite and was a member of the James A. Smith lodge #395.He and his wife volunteered together at Carrollton/Farmers Branch Senior Adult Services where he loved many people and many loved him (and his beloved dog, Jasper). In fact, Jim was once named the volunteer of the year. He touched many lives through his good works and will be dearly missed by his friends and family.He is preceeded in death by the love of his life, his wife of 52 years, Marion Vinelda Rice and survived in death by his children, James Matthew
