Ted Murf Rogers was born on November 30, 1934 in Heburn County TX to Ralph Rogers and Mary (Evans) Rogers.Ted went to be with the passed away on Saturday March 5, 2016 at the age of 81.Ted had a full life following his passion of welding , he was certified as a welder at the age of 14. Although he only had a 3rd grade education Ted managed to build two successful companies from the ground up; CSR Welding and Teds Welding Service which was family owned and operated.Ted met Martha Braudrick at a filling station she worked at where he regularly bought German sausage on a stick. The two quickly formed a friendship that became much more and were soon married on June 14, 1991.He is survived by his daughters Amanda Kelline Allred, Kayla Nichole Lett, Aileen Martha Petrishen and his grandchildren Madison Kelline Allred, Morgan Raye Allred, and Milam Lynn Allred.Ted was not only a hardworking man but a devoted family man. He instilled a strong family bond and work ethic in his children that has carried with them to their present day success.He had a love for animals, old gospel hymns, fishing, and good home cookin.God really broke the mold when he made Ted, No one will ever fill his boots or cowboy hat quite like he did.
