On Friday, August 10th, 2012, Lanny Mac Sanders, went to be with his Lord. Lanny passed quickly and peacefully at his home in Coppell, Texas after a ten month battle with Mesothelioma (cancer).Lanny was born on September 14, 1947, in San Angelo, Texas, to Dorothy Mozell Rambo Sanders and TB (Templeton Barnett) Sanders. Lanny attended college at Angelo State University before enlisting in the U.S. Navy where he served on the USS Constellation during wartime in Vietnam. In 1975, he was honorably discharged from the Navy and joined the workforce in Texas. He had a multitude of talents that he used working with oil companies, title companies, and a furniture installation business where he was involved with hospital and hotel remodeling. Lanny
