It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of our beloved Shiloh. Shiloh Tommy Richardson, 37, of Midland, Texas, passed away on 11/16/2021 at Baylor All Saints Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. He was born to parents Candance Parker and Brady Richardson, on 09/13/1984 in Midland, Texas. Lovingly raised by grandparents Roy and Phyllis Richardson.

Brought up in a Christian school, Shiloh loved the passed away and was one of the kindest people. He was always willing to pray for you, lend a helping hand, or give you the very shirt off of his back. Shiloh was born in Midland, Texas but had a strong, innate desire to travel the world.

He joined The United States Marine Corps 01/20/2004 and was able to fulfill his dream to serve his beloved country and travel the world. He quickly gained the rank of CPL and was a 3531 motor vehicle operator, driving seven-tons. He was awarded the Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, Global War Terrorism, Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and Expert Rilfe Qualification Badge.

After being honorably discharged on 01/11/2006 Shiloh pursued his lifelong passions of piercing, art, and tattooing. Shiloh worked for many years as a tattoo artist before his dreams became a reality and he opened his own shop Heart and Dagger Tattoo in Odessa, Texas, in January of 2018. He was an amazing tattoo artist who loved what he did. He went above and beyond, always making sure his customers felt welcome and safe in his shop. Shiloh loved his shop family more than anything and worked day and night to support not only himself but those around him. Shiloh was known for erasing hate, he spent a lot of time doing cover up tattoos for people that came to regret having hate or racial tattoos. This is something he did for free. His legacy will live on in his two dearly loved apprentices, who he taught and trained for the last few years. It was always his hope that they would go forth with joy and purpose, sharing his passion for art and tattooing.

Shiloh loved life and he lived everyday to the fullest. He had such a voracious hunger for life and adventure. Many of his hobbies and passions included horse riding, motocross, archery, competitive clay shooting, fishing and hunting, oil painting, travel, art, playing the violin, and rain or shine cheering for his beloved New Orleans Saints.

Shiloh later met the love of his life, Sarah Richardson on 11/7/2016 when she came into his shop to get a tattoo. Although he didnt speak a single word to her that day, after she left, he said he was going to marry that girl. They were married on 03/10/2018 on Inishmore Island, Ireland.

Shiloh is survived by Sarah Richardson, wife, Candance & Scott Parker, mom and stepdad, Brady Richardson, father, Phyllis Richardson, Grandmother, Chrystal Cross and Clint, sister and brother-in-law, Clayton Richardson, brother, Corey Baker, brother, Shaun and Danielle Sanders, brother and sister-in-law, Trina and Coby Easterwood, aunt and uncle, Stacee Crabtree, niece, Lainee Easterwood, niece, Toree Easterwood, niece, Collin Cross, nephew, Kendall Cross, niece, Wesson Sanders, nephew.

He also leaves behind too many friends to list around the world. He left an impact on everyone that he met, even if it was a brief encounter. Shiloh never met a stranger in his life, his heart was always full of laughter and friendship. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

The family has entrusted North Dallas Funeral Home with the arrangements. The family encourages all who knew Shiloh to attend to share memories and celebrate his life.

Funeral Services have been entrusted to North Dallas Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, December 11 ,2021 at Aria Cremation and Funeral Services located at 1820 N Beltline Rd. Irving, TX 75061. Visitation will be from 10:00am-12:00pm, Funeral Service from 12:00pm-1:00pm and a reception will follow at 246 Ovaletta Dr. Justin, Texas 76247.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Operation Second Chance or K9s for Warriors.
