Norman Roger Surtees, 66, of Cedar Hill, Texas, died March 7, 2012. He was born January 29, 1946, in Flint, Michigan, to Norman and Georgianna Hixson Surtees.Norman is survived by two daughters, Christine and Jennifer; one son, James; and extended family and friends.A Memorial Service will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at Kim and Jenny's Restaraunt, 450 E.
