Obituary of Susan Marie Truex Susan Marie Truex, 69, passed away recently. Susan was born in Akron, Ohio on January 10, 1954 to loving parents Walter and Rhea Jones. She grew up in Munroe Falls, Ohio and was a graduate of Stow High School and Hammel Business College. Susan was married to her high school sweetheart, Fred and had five children. Fred and Susan moved their family from Ohio to Texas in 1990 and have been here ever since. She enjoyed a long career at American Airlines. Susan was a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Family meant the world to Susan. Her favorite activities were spending time with family, traveling (all 50 states), cooking, reading, watching baseball, football, and hockey. Susan is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 50 years, and her son Joseph. Left to cherish her life are her beloved sons: Fred M Truex and Greg Truex (Jessica); daughters: Michelle Sheldon (Ian) and Amanda Rhoades (Josh); sister: Sharon Young (Ramon); brother: Hollis Jones (Cindy) She had 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and one on the way; She had two nephews and a niece. She had numerous other family members and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Details will be announced by the family.
