Peter George Swift, age 68, of Dallas, formerly of Greer, South Carolina, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, April 4, 2014.He loved his job as an assembler at Academy Sports. He was an avid fisherman and loved visiting Blue Mountain Lake in the Adirondack Mountains in New York. He was a believer of God and attended church at Cathedral of Light. He loved taking pictures and especially loved his grandchildren.He is survived by his only son and daughter-in-law, Cameron and Jennifer James of Murfreesboro, TN and their three children Conner, Gavin, and Langston James. He also leaves behind a multitude of friends.In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Childrens Medical Center in Memphis, TN.Please send condolences to the family on this website.
