Michael William Taylor born November 6, 1949, passed away suddenly on April 7, 2013. He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Ned Taylor. Mike is survived by three children, Nicholas, Amanda and Whitney Taylor; mother, Barbara Taylor; 3 brothers, Glen, John and Joe Taylor and 3 sisters, Sandra Price, Janet Barbosa and Jacqueline Mudge. Mike served in the Vietnam War in 1970 and 1971. He joined the Carrollton Fire Department in 1981, was promoted to Captain in January 1995 and served until his retirement in 2008. A rosary will be held at 9:30 am Thursday, April 11, 2013 followed by a Memorial Mass at 10:00 am at Mary Immaculate Catholic Church in Farmers Branch.
