John Baird Thompson, 86, of Dallas, Texas, died December 6, 2011, at his home. He was born October 28, 1925, in Erie, Pennsylvania, to John Cecil and Margaret Lucille Shreve Thompson. A United States Navy veteran, John was a regional sales manager for a telecommunications company. He is survived by his wife, Helen V.
